Arden Engraving Germany achieves ‘quality’ accreditation

Arden Engraving is celebrating another landmark moment after achieving a coveted accreditation in recognition of our quality management operations.

Arden Engraving Germany has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is an international standard that recognises organisations which have an effective and successful quality management system in place.

Our German Engraving division was launched in 2018, and last year relocated into our new European Engraving headquarters in Heilbronn –  a move which has enabled us to expand our operations in mainland Europe.

Elisabeth Goerlich, Operations Manager at Arden Engraving Germany, said: “The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the international gold standard when it comes to excellence in quality management, so to achieve this status less than a year after moving into our new German headquarters is a remarkable achievement of which we are very proud.

“Here at Arden, quality is at the heart of all our operations. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality tooling solutions and delivering the highest quality of service, so to be recognised for our excellence in quality management is testament to the hard work and continuing commitment to quality demonstrated by the entire workforce.

“Our customers and partners already know the high-quality standards to which we hold our engraving solutions and services, but this accreditation further cements our position as a quality and trusted organisation.”

The Arden Group, which comprises of our Engraving, Dies and Software divisions, has held the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality for almost 30 years, since 1992, and Arden Engraving Germany will now be part of our group-wide quality system.
