The rising stars of the Arden Group have been honoured by the British Print Industry Federation (BPIF) at a prestigious awards ceremony.

Six outstanding employees from across our Marple and Redditch sites were recognised at the annual BPIF Summer Event and Awards evening, held in Derby on July 9.

The event brings together the brightest talents from across the print and packaging sector to celebrate the achievements of young people in the industry.

Meet our award winners:

Olivia Williams – Winner of the Outstanding Achievement of the Year Award
Olivia, aged 24, joined the Arden Group two years ago in our despatch department at our Marple site, where she quickly demonstrated her dedication, determination and ambition.
Recognising her potential, we soon promoted Olivia to a trainee die-making position, where she has excelled under the mentorship of a senior die-maker. In just 12 months, Olivia has become one of our leading die-makers, producing high-quality work with remarkable precision. Her positive attitude and dedication make her an inspiration for other women seeking a career in skilled trades roles, like die-making, and we are incredibly proud of her achievements.

Callum is just 18-years-old and joined our team at Redditch in 2022 as a programming assistant, shortly after leaving school at 16.
He has displayed remarkable commitment, resilience, and a positive mindset, becoming a real asset to the team. He quickly mastered the role, expanded his own skill set and now trains other new starters.
His skills and ability to share his knowledge with others within such a short space of time is testament to his dedication and aptitude. We are excited about his continued growth and future contributions to the company.

Izzy’s drive, forward-thinking approach, and willingness to tackle any challenge position her as a future leader in our management team.
