The Arden Group has pledged our commitment to the GM Good Employment Charter.
We’ve signed up as a supporter of the Charter, which aims to improve wages and employment standards across Greater Manchester.
The Charter sets out seven characteristics of good employment, such as secure work and flexible working, and strives to develop diverse, equal and inclusive working conditions for employees in our region.
Sarah Poynter, operations manager at Arden Engraving, said: “We’re very proud to be a supporter of the GM Good Employment Charter, and we’ll be striving to uphold the Charter pledges across our Dies, Engraving and Software divisions.
“We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and providing our workforce with opportunities to progress and develop, so the GM Employment Charter perfectly complements our own values and objectives as an organisation and we look forward to embracing the principles of the Charter to continue to develop and enhance our working practices.”
